2012 Artisan Design Team Projects for December #3

This project is a little bit of a tease because the MDS2 template (used for the envelope) is from Sale-A-Bration (which you can't order until Jan 22nd UNLESS you're a demonstrator.  See the perks??) Let me just say this: You. Need. ALL. The. Sale-a-bration. Items. ALL OF THEM! Digital AND physical. Seriously! 

What is this project, you ask?  It's just a pop-open type of envelope with a belly-band that has a hair flower on it.  Inside is a postcard type of note that you can take out and reuse the belly-band/envelope.  The rippled band is made from paper but it would be SUPER cute to make the belly-band with fabric.  A project for another day, I supposed.
